What User Data We Collect
When you visit the website and leave an enquiry, we may collect the following data:

Please do not include any additional information unnecessarily. We can
communicate your enquiry via email or by telephone appointment until such time our service is no longer needed. 

On engaging our services, you will be agreeing to Gallaher Architects holding relevant information and data identifying you as a client and details necessary to carry our architectural services for this project.  This will also involve sharing your information with other trusted parties specifically involved in this process.  

Photos of the project may also be posted on our website and facebook profile – without issuing personal details.  

Personal details will generally involve names, address, telephone and email addresses.  Any other information shared by you will be at your discretion.  This information under Jersey Law will require us to hold this information for 10 years after practical completion of the project.  This information will be held on our private server which is backed up on a daily basis.  We will not send you unrelated information or pass your details on without prior consent.
